Our tents
Our tents come in a wide range of sizes covering 30 to 1000 guests, set up freestanding on grass or fixed to a building as a canopy, and they join together for larger or unusually shaped spaces. Every one is NZ-made, fully waterproof, fire-retardant and built for our weather (rated to 70km/h winds). Tell us your guest numbers and where you’re holding it, and we’ll recommend the right size.

From furniture and lighting to flooring, we’re here to help you stage a successful event — and we work with trusted local suppliers to source anything we don’t carry ourselves. Our goal is to be your one-stop shop. Download our equipment price list, or just give us a call to talk it through.
Wedding Options
Give your wedding an intimate, personal feel by holding it somewhere special to you — at home, at the bach, or out on the farm. A stretch tent gives you protection from the elements at the location of your choice. Our prices are based on a three-day hire, so there’s plenty of time for set-up and pack-down. We’ve helped over 1000 couples create the venue of their dreams — you’re in good hands.
Keeping Cosy
“Four seasons in one day” is a Kiwi classic — and one we’re not worried about. Our heaters, draft skirting and fabric wall panels make our tents cosy and snug inside, so you and your guests don’t need to think about the weather outside. Prefer it open and airy on a warm day? We can do that too. Don’t let the forecast put you off an outdoor wedding or event.

Freestanding prices assume a grass rig we can secure with pegs on an accessible site. Other surfaces may need weighting or bolting, and difficult access may add cost. Canopy rigs require a consultation and/or site visit to confirm the price. Delivery and collection beyond 20km of Tauranga is quoted separately. Seating capacities are a guide.

The stretch Tent team have provided 2 tents of different sizes for parties at our place. The service is awesome and tents amazing to keep out the elements given NZ’s fickle weather patterns. One day we expected rain however got boiling sunshine – the tent worked a treat to keep guests cool and out of the heat.
