About Us
From beautiful backyard weddings and private celebrations to corporate functions and festivals, Stretch Tents Auckland creates distinctive outdoor spaces tailored to your location, guest numbers and vision.
Based on Auckland’s North Shore, we have been installing stretch tents and canopies throughout Auckland, Rodney and Waiheke since 2009. Our experienced team can provide everything from the tent itself to furniture, lighting, flooring and dance floors—all professionally delivered, installed and removed.
Together with Morley & Co, we can also bring your plans to life through detailed 2D and 3D event design, create additional space with The Pavilion, and complete the experience with one of Auckland’s most distinctive mobile bars.
Our Tents
We offer a wide range of stretch tents for hire, suitable for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events of up to 1,000 guests. Our tents can be installed freestanding on grass, attached to an existing building as a canopy, or joined together to create a larger covered space.
Every tent is fully waterproof, fire-retardant and engineered for New Zealand conditions. To find the most suitable option for your event, view our tent sizing and capacity chart.
Wedding Packages
We know the amount of ‘wedmin’ involved in getting everything organised for the big day so to make life a little bit less stressful we have bundled the essentials into one easy affordable package to suit your numbers. We include our popular Vintage Furniture, Festoon and Fairy Lighting and of course the correct sized tent all installed ready for you to style. Get in quick as these are subject to availability!

Who we work with and Where
We work with a wide variety of clients, from newly engaged couples, high profile corporates to far flung festivals we can adapt our structure to suit the vibe, check out some of our great clients and outstanding locations.
Furniture and Lighting
We endeavour to stay up to date with what’s trending and currently carry stock of Vintage Trestle Tables and Bench Seats along with Festoon and Fairy Lights. If you want to add a Bar or Leaners we also stock French Oak Wine Barrels which work well for the backyard party or wedding bar. If we don’t have it we can source it! We work with great local suppliers and can point you in the right direction if you would prefer to source yourself.
Flooring and Dance Floor
We have a number of options available to meet your flooring and dance floor requirements. With up to 160sqm of premium grey snaplock flooring that can be installed at the time we set up your tent for $14 per m2 + gst. We also have beautiful black slate-look dance floor’s that cover a 5 x 5m providing 25 m2 for $625+gst (installed) – the perfect space to dance the night away!

Morley & Co Design Studio
Not sure which tent size you need or how everything will fit? Morley & Co Design Studio can show your complete event in 2D and 3D—including seating, furniture, dance floor, catering, bar placement and guest flow.
Your Essential Layout is free with eligible Stretch Tent bookings, giving you greater confidence before setup day.
The Pavilion by Morley & Co
A refined 26m² architectural canopy for cocktail lounges, wedding chill-out areas, feature bars, VIP hospitality, stages and smaller gatherings. Hire one Pavilion or combine both for a larger 52m² space.
Morley & Co Mobile Bars
Add character to your celebration with Beviamo or Vespa—distinctive, self-contained mobile bars pouring kegged cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. They work particularly well beside a Stretch Tent or beneath The Pavilion.
