What do you most need when planning that very important event? A team of people that recognise and appreciate how special your occasion is. Stretch Tents Wellington are a small family company with a big passion for events. Each member of our team is specifically chosen for their dedication, work ethic and commitment to superior customer care.
We cover events from Palmerston North to Wellington, and the Wairarapa to boot. We love our stunning Bedouin-style stretch tents, and can rave on for hours about their sleek lines and chic design, if you’ll let us! But words really aren’t needed – the first time you stand under one of our tents, you’ll be smitten.
Four Seasons in One Day
That may have been a concern for the Finn brothers, but needn’t be for you and your guests.
We can ensure your tent is warm and cosy inside. Heaters and draft skirts can be added to your Stretch Tent to keep you snug, despite what Mother Nature chooses to throw your way.
Our tents are 100% waterproof, and have the same wind rating as conventional peg and pole marquees.

So you want to hold a reception in the middle of a vineyard, on a wharf, the banks of a lake or even in your future in-laws back paddock! Stretch Tents offer a versatility and functionality that traditional marquees don’t offer. They can be freestanding or rigged off a building or patio, to provide seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Over roofs, decks, swimming pools, pagodas and paved areas.
Stretch Tents are perfectly suited to accommodate undulating ground or existing landscape features such as hedges or trees, and can be joined to cover awkward spaces. Sides can be up or down to suit the weather.

Let us take the hassle out of organising your event by organising all of your equipment hire, from tables, chairs, linen, flooring, heating and catering equipment. We work with a number of partners – simply let us know your requirements, and let us figure out the best way to meet them!

The stretch Tent team have provided 2 tents of different sizes for parties at our place. The service is awesome and tents amazing to keep out the elements given NZ’s fickle weather patterns. One day we expected rain however got boiling sunshine – the tent worked a treat to keep guests cool and out of the heat. These are so much better than traditional marques, softer in appearance and work in those odd strange places where a conventional tent would not. Highly recommend these guys.
